How Do I Place An Order?
All orders can either be placed by calling us at 352-600-9170 or by sending us as EMAIL. If you are sending us an email, include as many details as possible. Also please do not send us text orders.
What Are The Art Requirements?
Please send us an EMAIL (or a message through our contact form) if you have any questions about the art requirements. Including but not limited to file size or format.
Payment & Shipping
For payments at this point we are accepting Mastercard, visa, checks and cash. We ship to the 48 continental states within the US. We will update shipping if we expand.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the fact that each order is custom made, we do not offer refunds or returns. We will not print or have anything embroidered until you give us the final approval. If there is a mistake on our part during printing, we will repair or replace the item.
